What is Vertical Form Film Seal Packaging Machine?

VFFS Packaging Machine is the abbreviation of Vertical form fill Seal Machine. The working principle of the VFFS machine is to make the film roll into bags by wearing the film roll through the film roll installation structure to the bag-forming shoulder, then extend to the sealing mechanism. 

After wearing the film roll correctly, then can start running the machine. It’ll first seal the Bottom of the bag, then fill the material from forming tube into the bag. The last step is sealing the top of the bag and the Bottom of the next bag at the same time, then cutting the bag. 

Thus completing the packing process of making bags, filling products, and sealing the bag.

Repeat the above steps until the film roll is used up. You can replace the film roll to start the next round. With the VFFS Packaging machine, you can greatly improve production efficiency. 

And the film roll-making bag reduces the unit bag’s cost in the long run.
