Machine Introduction
Auger Filling VFFS Powder Packing Machines are specifically designed packaging solutions to fill bags with dry, free-flowing, or non-free-flowing materials of consistent size.
This machine can automatically produce unique powder packages between 40 – 60 packs per minute in various bag types, such as pillow bags, gusseted bags, and flat bottom bags. It is equipped with a screw conveyor to transport the powder, which is enclosed in an open-frame construction that allows for easy auger changeover and quick cleaning and maintenance with minimal downtime.
In order to reduce waste and increases accuracy, the star auger needs to be customized according to the product size, bulk density and flow performance. With this system, businesses can enjoy the benefits of high-precision control and maximum efficiency.
