Machine Introduction
Cup filler VFFS machines are suitable for various granular products, such as sugar, rice, beans, and more. This system can reach speeds up to 80 bags per minute. Although the accuracy is not as precise as multihead weighers or linear weighers, it is still a viable option for many applications.
The cup filling machine works by using a rotating cup with an established volume to measure the target weight. If different package weights are required, extra cups of the corresponding volume must be used for the changeover.
The accuracy level depends on the product’s characteristics, such as size, shape, and bulk density. Even when using the same machine, accuracy may vary from product to product.
For best results, small and regular shaped items such as sugar, rice or washing powder should be used. This can provide an efficient and compact packaging machine solution.
